CELEBRATION: A pillar of our local business community, Phillip Nelson, of Phil's Barber Shop is retiring at the end of the month. We'll be celebrating his contributions to our community and would love to have a great turnout to send him on to retirement with fond memories of his fellow Southwest Business owners!
NETWORKING: Southwest Business Association membership mixer. Come with plenty of business cards and an area or two where you could use an extra connection. (We'll be using a portion of this happy hour networking event on a Beehive Networking activity! We'll set up small groups, and each of you will have the chance to be Queen Bee while your fellow group members go to work making connections for you!)
This is the perfect opportunity to meet up with local politicians, area stakeholders, SWBA staff and board members, and fellow business owners. We’ll have structured and unstructured time, and apps to get you started!
