What do you need to know about COVID-19 regulations? What are Good Retail Practices (GRPs) during the pandemic?

On Thursday, Feb. 11, join health inspectors Bill Kass and Justo Garcia for a virtual presentation on COVID-19 for business owners. The presentation will focus on COVID-19 requirements (EO 21-01) and best practices for restaurants and other retail food businesses.

The presentation will be offered in English and Spanish. Topics covered include:

  • Review of Good Retail Practices (GRPs)
  • Safe operating during COVID-19 times
  • What is a case? Who is a contact?
  • Quarantine/Isolation guidelines for employees
  • Updated Emergency Regulations and Executive Orders from the City and State
